Rooted in Aloha:
Our Mission & Philosophy
At the World Dog Foundation, we don’t just train dogs — we raise heroes. Our method is built on compassion, communication, and community, with every step grounded in the spirit of aloha.
We believe in ethical, humane, and balanced training that fosters trust, confidence, and connection between dogs and the people they serve.
From Puppy to Purpose:
Our Training Process
Early Socialization
Puppies explore new environments and people to build confidence and adaptability.
Basic Obedience
We teach foundational cues like sit, stay, heel, and polite public behavior.
Specialized Skills Training
Dogs learn specific tasks for therapy or service based on their strengths.
Public Access Exposure
Real-world outings prepare dogs to stay calm in busy or loud environments. Every dog must pass the AKC CGC test and our own temperament evaluation.
Meet Our Founder:
Led by master trainer Sabrina Clark, our team brings decades of experience, compassion, and aloha to every training session. With over 30 years in the pet industry, Sabrina’s leadership ensures each dog gets the guidance, love, and structure they need to succeed. Our volunteers and co-owners are essential to the process, raising puppies, assisting in classes, and helping shape Hawaiʻi’s future therapy and service dogs.
